Dear Wedding Guests,

For those of you who made reservations outside of our designated room block, we kindly ask that you review your booking details with the hotel to confirm whether your reservation includes access to private or group events. If your reservation does not include this, please be aware that there will be a $100 fee per person, charged upon check-in, to upgrade your reservation and grant access to any group or private events, including the wedding.

While we did attempt to have this fee waived, we were unable to do so as it is the hotel's policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We are beyond excited to celebrate with all of you and can’t wait to party together!
