If the person is not on the hotel's system as being a guest in the room, they will not be able to enter the resort. Everyone must be accounted for since it is an all inclusive resort.

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children under the age of 13.

Yes, the transportation is available you will just need to schedule it with the wedding coordinator.

As per the hotel’s policy, private and group events, like our wedding, are an additional charge for guests staying at the hotel. The room block we arranged with the hotel included access to these events. However, for reservations made outside of the room block, the hotel doesn’t automatically include access to these events, which is why you’re seeing the $100 fee. This might explain why the outside reservation price was a bit cheaper than the room block rate, something we weren’t fully aware of when we shared the details with everyone. We did try to have the fee waived on your behalf, but unfortunately, the hotel was unable to accommodate that request, as it’s part of their policy.
